Hi Krish, yes i did tried out those troubleshoots and no error pops up, i tried to go on my joysticks properties on advance settings and i performed the tests, everything's fine i. IT GP Can you please search for me a solution Krish i really want to use the controllers and not the keyboard.

Thank you for the update and I apologize for the delay in response. To assist you better, I would like to know whether the issue is specific to some games. Did you play the sames games using the game controller before? I would also like to inform you that game pads will not be compatible with some games. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps. Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.

I had this problem also. I don't know if it works for you guys but after much tinkering around I have figured out the solution. Now I believe this will only work if you upgraded to windows 10 from a previous version whilst still using the USB gamepad in question. If you had a fresh install of windows 10 ie format HD and stuff and still have this problem then I believe you all you may need is to update windows.
