This is probably slightly off topic, but i had this on a few memory sticks and i had it on my 1TB hard drive the other day. So, i had a macbook in my office and i put my hard drive on there and it showed the auto.

I know it dont solve the problem but it is a nice easy way to get rid of it. You can download it from filefront. Version 1. Essentially, it makes an autorun file over the top of the autorun from the virus. Or, you could simply not download the program, and make your own blank autorun. Deleting it didn't work for me either, but this did- on multiple computers at school and on a friend's flash drive.
